Our Sensory Chew Bricks were designed alongside pediatric OTs, RNs, and family nurse practitioners — solid-core food-grade silicone with two working faces: high-resistance studs on one side, calming micro-dots on the other. The dual texture gives you options to match a client’s seeking profile, and the crossbar reaches the posterior molars without a handle that forces the tool too far forward.

For younger or lighter clients, our freezable Teething Straws (three textures — ringed, dotted, nubbed, with a choke-guard barrier) cover the gentler end of the caseload.

Stock for the range, not the average

A caseload spans a wide band of oral-motor needs. A practical inventory split:

• Moderate chewers — the standard 60A-equivalent Chew Brick handles everyday, sustained chewing across most of a pediatric caseload.
• Heavy / aggressive chewers — clients who shred standard tools need a firmer durometer. We produce an 80A extreme-durometer tier through our custom/OEM program; ask us before a bulk order so we can spec the right mix.
• Light chewers / early intervention — the softer, freezable teething straws suit gentler input and oral desensitization work.

Hygiene between clients

Shared-clinic use makes sanitation non-negotiable. The Chew Bricks are solid-core — no hollow cavity to puncture, trap saliva, or harbor bacteria — and both product lines are fully dishwasher-safe, so reprocessing between clients is a cycle, not a scrub. For take-home items, assign one tool per client and send it home labeled rather than rotating a shared tool.

The documentation your practice can hand a parent

When a family asks “what exactly is my child putting in their mouth,” you want an answer on paper. Both lines are independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory to:

• ASTM F963-23 — U.S. toy safety (mechanical hazards, flammability, heavy elements).
• CPSIA — federal lead and phthalate limits — free of lead, BPA, phthalates, latex, and PVC.
