Wholesale pricing & the purchase-order process
Everything a purchasing office needs to buy clinical-grade sensory chew tools in volume: the discount tiers, how POs and Net-30 work, tax-exempt invoicing, and free shipping. Start with a free sample kit, then scale.
Volume pricing
Discounts are calculated on the combined pack total and applied automatically. Using Sensory Chew Bricks as a worked example:
| Volume | Price per 4-pack | Cost per student |
|---|---|---|
| Retail (Amazon) | $28.99 | $7.25 |
| 25–99 packs (25% off) | $21.75 | $5.44 |
| 100–249 packs (33% off) | $19.43 | $4.86 |
| 250+ packs | Custom quote — deeper than 33% | |
Teething Straws follow the same tier structure from a $18.99 retail 4-pack. Mix product lines and colorways — your tier is based on the combined total. Free ground shipping on every wholesale order.
Purchase orders & payment terms
We accept formal purchase orders from schools, districts, hospitals, and clinics:
- Net-30 terms are available to approved institutional buyers paying by ACH or check; credit-card orders are charged at the time of order.
- Tax-exempt invoicing is applied once we receive a valid exemption certificate.
- Vendor onboarding — W-9, certificate of insurance, and third-party lab reports on request, and we’ll complete your district or hospital’s vendor registration forms.
Our step-by-step school PO guide walks through the full flow, including tax-exempt handling.
The path most buyers follow
- Evaluate first. Request a free sample kit so your OTs can test durability and student acceptance before committing budget. Every kit includes a $50 credit toward your first wholesale order (25+ packs).
- Collect vendor paperwork. A prepared vendor turns W-9, COI, safety reports, and registration around in one email.
- Issue the PO. Net-30 via ACH or check is standard for approved institutional buyers.
